In a fabulous setting at Bar Lourinha in Melbourne, about 50 invited guests enjoyed a fabulous evening of wonderful food, wine and conversation.
The event was a celebration of the past 10 successful years and Greg Muller (CEO) and Peter Grist (Managing Partner) set the scene for an exciting future for Global Reviews.
Peter spoke about the growing importance of multi-channel performance measurement, and how Global Reviews was well positioned to grab market share in this area. He also reminded everyone that with a new product you may get a few months jump on the market, but great customer experience can be a competitive differentiator and asset for years.
Greg spoke about the organisation’s commitment to Customer Experience and the production of quality research and actionable, predictive insights. He also announced 4 new product initiatives that will be rolled-out progressively in 2011. These include:
- 4-Dimensional Web CE Benchmarking (4CE) – expected to deliver the world’s most powerful and evidence-based measure of online performance and customer experience, anywhere
- Privacy Benchmarking – measuring how organisations are supporting the careful management of personal information
- Research Reports – papers to be purchased and downloaded from the Global Reviews website that will be packed with best practice tips and practical guidelines for cross-channel sales and service effectiveness
- Research Portal – external access to our research database and reporting engine for subscribing organisations.
The new Global Reviews brand mark and visual identity was also officially launched. Greg spoke about the importance of the new brand in supporting the organisation’s global repositioning.
It’s tipped to be a exciting and action-packed year in 2011!
