The Branch Customer Experience Benchmark objectively measures the quality of experience that companies provide in their stores/branches. As part of this process, we are looking for Customer Surrogates(Mystery Shoppers) to visit branches and assess their performance.
The ideal candidates will have some experience in Mystery Shopping, and access to the internet. The visits take place during business hours.
