How do you get involved?
The Global Reviews team is regularly adding new websites all the time. We are unable to evaluate all websites so we typically select providers based on their market share and direct requests from organisations that subscribe to their industry benchmark. The industries we include in our syndicated programmes are Banking, Insurance, Wealth (Superannuation), Energy, Education, Telecommunications, Travel and Sports Betting.
Does it include mobile web experiences?
Not at the moment, however we will be progressively launching mobile sales effectiveness benchmarks across all key industry sectors during 2014.
Which countries are covered?
While we are constantly benchmarking web experiences from countries all around the world, our syndicated programmes are focused in Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland and New Zealand. Therefore, most of the scores for therse awards are derived direclty from this programme. We intend to expand the reach of these programmes during 2014.
Are all providers assessed across each country in the same period?
Typically not. Our industry schedules vary from quarter to quarter. What this means is that we may be assessing the banking industry in the UK in one quarter, and in Australia in another. The results above are based on the studies conducted in that quarter. Our annual awards will combine all industries and regions.
