Peter Grist Managing Partner, Direct Channels

Peter has an extensive background in change management consulting where he has worked with many of Australia’s leading brands to help them develop truly customer focused cultures that deliver a great experience for the customer. Peter brings to Global Reviews a thorough understanding of the sales and service behaviours that drive a great customer experience and a wealth of knowledge on how to translate the Global Reviews insights into real, effective and sustainable change.
 

 

Nick Greig

Nicholas Greig Regional Director - UK & Europe

Nicholas brings to Global Reviews 20 years sales management experience within the digital advertising, publishing and marketing sectors. Nicholas has led and driven growth for some of the fastest growing digital marketing organisations within Europe. Within this role Nicholas heads up the Europe and UK regions with the principle responsibility of building and maintaining sustainable growth within the regions. 

 

 

John Hart

John Hart Marketing Director

John has been a senior marketer for close to twenty years with the latter ten involved substantially in the growing online channel consulting with sales and marketing teams in more than a dozen countries. His experience and success in customer acquisition and rentention strategies is extensive with a passion for exceptional customer service that has seen him deliver "Customer for Life" workshops across a number of industries. John heads the marketing strategy and execution for Global Reviews as it continues its expansion of product offerings to a growing customer base.

Leonardo Arantes  Commercial Director - Australia & New Zealand

Leonardo is an experienced sales and marketing professional with over 5 years experience in both the strategic and tactical aspects of securing multi-million dollar B2B partnerships. Prior to joining Global Reviews, Leonardo achieved great success at call centre heavy-weight Aegis Global, in a sales capacity in its training division, Aegis Aspire. Leonardo’s strengths lie both in his solid commercial acumen and in his ability to bring a strong creative and strategic approach to the design of service solutions for his clients. Leonardo has a MBA with specialisation in Marketing and has completed a range of professional development courses, with the most recent addition being the call centre COPC training - High Performance Management Techniques (HPMT).

Ché Carbis  Senior Commercial Director - Australia & New Zealand

Ché is an accomplished digital sales and sales management leader, with 15+ years of experience. This experience includes disciplines across competitive analytics/intelligence, search marketing and conversion optimisation. Prior to joining Global Reviews, Ché lead a successful account management team at Experian Hitwise, where he was the Director of Client Services. Ché has worked across multiple industry sectors including Finance, Retail, Telecommunications, Travel and Government. Ché 's proven strengths have been in understanding the needs of his clients and being able to align solutions and resources for a common goal, and consistently contributing to the client's successes.

Stephen Neate  Commercial Director - Australia & New Zealand

Stephen brings with him 20 years of experience managing Sales and Service teams with some of the world’s leading brands across the Airline, Finance and Banking Industries. Stephen recently joined Global Reviews after taking time to complete a Masters of Management from the Monash Graduate School of Business, and after discovering the benefits a positive Customer Experience has with a business’ bottom line.
