Greg is a highly regarded business leader, entrepreneur and senior executive. For over 18 years Greg has been a digital pioneer working across digital strategy, customer engagement, research, business enablement and change. Greg is a member of the Global Reviews Board of Directors.
Nicholas Greig
Chief Executive Officer
Nicholas was appointed Global CEO in October 2015 after leading the growth of the European business since 2011. Previous to Global Reviews Nicholas has 20 years sales management experience within the digital advertising, publishing and marketing sectors where he drove growth for some of the fastest growing digital marketing organisations within Europe.
Ashwin Shenoy
Chief Operating Officer
Ashwin has been with Global Reviews for 8 years and knows more about what happens under the hood, operationally, than anyone else. Previous to the COO role Ashwin’s main focus was the effective running and profitability of Global Reviews’ 120+ research programmes per annum. Since November 2015 Ashwin has taken on responsibility for wider company operations including technical development, the 4DX programme and office logistics.
Gerard Farrell
Global Head of Product & Advisory Services
Gerard has extensive experience across both media / digital agencies and research companies. As head of the client advisory team he is responsible for Global Reviews’ Client Engagement Programme and our renewal metrics. With his market research science background Gerard is also responsible for the development of Global Reviews’ solutions so that they continually meet the expectations of our blue chip client base. Gerard holds a Masters in Science of Advertising (Dublin Institute of Technology), a Diploma in Entrepreneurial Studies (Dublin Institute of Technology), a Diploma in Business Studies (UCD Michael Smurfit Business School) and a Degree in History and Geography from University College Cork.
Darren Watson
Senior Commercial Director, Australia/NZ
Darren has over 15 years experience working with data and analytics, managing and selling to many of Australia's largest clients across retail, finance, utilities and education among others. Darren loves working with clients to improve their business and ultimately drive greater ROI. Previous employers include Australia Post and PMP, where Darren had a proven track record of working with his clients on mutually beneficial outcomes. Darren holds a Bachelor of Business form Deakin University.
Hannah-Rose Farrington
Commercial Director, Europe
Hannah-Rose has worked in sales for the past decade in a variety of industries including telecommunications, the performing arts and digital advertising.  Her experience includes an entrepreneurial role running her own PR and agency firm for performing artists to managing the highly successful Escapes team in LivingSocial UK/IE.  Her diverse background has developed a creative flair and dynamic attitude which can be seen in her passion for developing new business while also forging long lasting relationships.  Hannah-Rose’s focus is to ensure that all potential, new and existing clients are delivered results which drive performance and ensure that a mutually beneficial relationship is nurtured.
Tony Carveth
Senior Commercial Director, Australia/NZ
Tony is a passionate London agency trained Marketing Communications specialist whose experience across multiple industries including retail, finance, utilities, not for profits, local government and education spans roles held in sales, marketing, product, campaign management  and consultancy. In 2004 Tony worked with National Australia Bank on campaign strategy, development and implementation before joining Australia Post in 2007 to lead a team of sales consultants leveraging his experience across marketing channels to deliver invaluable business and client insight. Tony is focussed on understanding his clients and their challenges and using this insight to deliver exceptional results that can meet and exceed their business objectives and ROI expectations. Since 2008 Tony has been a member of ADMA Victorian Committee responsible for engaging the broader marketing community in Victoria.
 
 
Lia Purdie
Principal Client Advisor, Australia/NZ
Lia focuses on actionable insights to improve and understand the user experience, executing qualitative and quantitative user research and in-depth analysis from Global Reviews programmes. Lia has a background in search marketing and conversion optimisation, as well as developing bespoke user research to improve the customer experience via digital channels.
Rebecca Jennings
Principal Client Advisor, Europe
Rebecca performs in-depth analysis of the qualitative and quantitative findings from Global Reviews programmes, from which she both advises and provides evidence-based actionable insights for their top tier ecommerce and digital service clients. Rebecca has spent twenty years working in digital media, marketing and strategy, including ten years with leading technology research company Forrester Research, where she conducted original research and analysis into many aspects of internet strategy including early reports on social media. Rebecca regularly publishes white papers on varying aspects of user experience, and has written for a number of publications including Insurance Post, Retail Gazette and The Drum. She is also a regular speaker at industry events such as the Customer Experience Management for Utilities Conference and the Energy Research Conference, and conducts regular online experience webinars. Rebecca holds a degree from Oxford University.
Michelle Sawyer
Senior Client Advisor, Australia/NZ
Michelle brings over 10 years’ experience in digital strategy and analysis to Global Reviews, as well as a breadth of knowledge in working across multiple corporate sectors, including energy, higher learning, telecommunications and retail. Over her career, Michelle has led and driven numerous digital projects from website and mobile developments, to content and social media strategies, digital campaigns, digital infrastructure and channel roadmaps, which have helped her grow as an expert in UX and CX strategies for a broad range of customer segments.
Geri McGann
Senior Client Advisor, Europe
Geri has worked in the digital space for over 18 years and has extensive experience as a design consultant to large businesses. Before joining Global Reviews, Geri’s roles have included Head of UX for Xanadu Consultancy (e-Gaming specialists) and Fresh Networks (a Social Media agency), UX Design Lead for Boots, BP, Tesco, M&S, Hostelling International and various UK Government Agencies. Geri’s design and research experience spans all aspects of human-centred product and service design, designing for many touch points including dedicated devices, kiosks, mobile, software and web. Geri is passionate about the work she does and the quality in which it is delivered; she is a strong advocate of working closely with clients.
