Role Overview
The Research Analyst is responsible for the operational delivery of research projects, across Global Reviews’ client portfolio, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule, meeting agreed timelines, budgets, and briefs while maintaining high standards of quality.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combines strong project management discipline with research expertise, and takes ownership of delivering high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Survey design & execution
- Manage research projects from questionnaire development through to final data delivery on time and on brief
- Develop research questionnaires to deliver on research objectives
- Program, test, and launch surveys across relevant research platforms.
- Liaise with panel providers to launch surveys with target audiences
- Monitor fieldwork progress, quotas, incidence rates, and response quality.
- Optimise fieldwork performance to achieve target completes efficiently
- Communicate with key stakeholders on project status
2. Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and preparation for analysis.
- Prepare clean datasets and documentation for analysis teams.
- Analyse complex datasets using statistical and analytical techniques
- Identify patterns, trends, and key drivers of performance
- Integrate quantitative and qualitative data into cohesive narratives
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, panel partners and research vendors.
- Liaise with Operations team to ensure fieldwork timelines are delivered
4. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Review outputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Ensure deliverables meet Global Reviews’ quality standards before release.
- Contribute to process optimisation, automation, and standardisation.
- Support development of templates, playbooks, and best practices.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in market research, customer experience research, or insights delivery.
- Experience managing survey programming, fieldwork, sample management, and data processing.
- Experience with statistical tools such Q, SPSS and advanced Excel for data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint or other data visualisation tools (modelling, analysis, presentation development)
- Experience using AI tools for analysing structured and unstructured data
- Experience with survey scripting platforms such as UserZoom, MUIQ, Askable, SurveyMonkey, Maze, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
